OUR PROCESS

Initial inquiry and site visit

Building your family home is easy. To kick things off, you'll meet with Karl the Builder, and he’ll do his best to understand exactly what you want in your new home. He’ll visit your block of land and help you determine the best home design for your block. Karl will also discuss budgets and requirements in this meeting.

Preliminary concept design & quote

Next we will draw up a Preliminary Agreement. This is a small fee to cover the costs of soil tests, site contour plans & any detailed property reports required as these are a MUST HAVE for you to obtain a fix price and lodgement to council

Schedule

After acceptance of the fixed quote, a construction date will be set. Construction will commence.

Handover with certificates and warranties

A pre-handover walk through of your home is conducted a week prior to handover to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new home. Project ends on time, and when you're fully satisfied.
